Highland Springs Ranch and Inn is a 2400-acre historical landmark in the southern California region known as the San Gorgonio Pass. Originally a stagecoach stop along the Bradshaw Trail settled in the mid-1800s, Highland Springs eventually became a popular health resort in 1927 under the ownership of Fred and William Hirsch. The emphasis on health continues today, centering around the onsite 123 Farm. Highland Springs Resort is a respite offering family-friendly activities throughout the year.
About 123 Farm
Located on grounds of the ranch, 123 Farm is named for California's three growing seasons. The farm is certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) and never uses pesticides, artificial fertilizers, or harmful chemicals. Though its primary crop is lavender, the 20-acre farm also raises certified organic livestock and grows vegetables and herbs.

Lavender is the main crop grown at 123 Farm. It was initially selected as a focus for our farm because it is known to grow well in our local climate, requires little water, and does not attract many bugs or other wildlife, and after finding success, we now grow over 100 different varieties.Shop Online →
