Located in Cherry Valley, Highland Springs Ranch & Inn has been a Southern California destination for over one hundred years. The Grand Oak sits on 2400 scenic acres at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn, Riverside County’s first historical landmark. Surrounded by 20 acres of organic lavender, evenings in the summertime offer magnificent sunsets over fields of purple lavender. The property was originally established in 1884, and had served for a time as a stage coach stop along the Bradshaw Trail. Through the 1930s and 1940s it was a popular vacation spot, particularly for Hollywood actors and actresses.
Named after our enchanting coastal live oak tree that has resided here for over a thousand years, the Grand Oak Farm to Table is located on the historic grounds of Highland Springs Ranch & Inn (est. 1884) in Cherry Valley, California. All dishes at the Grand Oak Farm to Table are created with elegance and care. We serve honest food that stimulates the senses, from classic, nostalgic flavors to new, seasonally inspired dishes. Enjoy a meal on our patio and take in the fragrant breeze of our lavender fields. We prepare all of our items as you order and our kitchen staff puts together your dish with greatest care.
Before being served on your plate, most foods travel an average of 1,500 miles from the farm they have been grown on. Because of the environmental impact of our current food system, it has become increasingly important to know where your food comes from not just at home but also when choosing a place to dine out. Many of the ingredients we use at the Grand Oak Farm to Table are produced right here on our own organic farm, including lamb, heirloom vegetables, and chicken eggs. We responsibly source all other ingredients and strive to support small, local, family-owned farms to provide our guests with the freshest dishes.
