Chef Stefan Weck has perfected his culinary craft in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe. Originally from Germany, Chef Stefan has developed a refreshingly unique menu that changes according to the seasons. He is gradually incorporating more organic ingredients into the menu and is actively searching for local organic farmers to supply the kitchen.
