Highland Springs Resort is comprised of 123 Farm, The Grand Oak Steakhouse & Bar, and an 88
room resort and conference center. With over 20 acres of organic herbs, the farm is an essential
part of our focus on health and wellness. Following our annual Lavender Festival every June, we
begin the painstaking process of harvesting and distilling our extensive fields of lavender, peppermint
and rosemary. Visitors to the festival are able to sample amazingly creative dishes and desserts such
as our lavender ice cream.

The Grand Oak Steakhouse & Bar represents the best qualities of the resort, a proud history that dates
back to the 1800s and a commitment to excellence both in service and the quality of our dining. The
resort was once a landmark in the surrounding community of Cherry Valley , and our aim is to revitalize
that role, serving as not just a restaurant, but also a gathering place for local residents and businesses
There is nothing quite like the experience of enjoying a fine meal among family and friends with a field
of lavender in full bloom in front of you.

The 1100 year old Black Oak tree that stands on our property is a fitting representative of not just the
restaurant, but the entire resort as well. Through the years the resort has seen its share of natural
disasters, economic downturns and environmental threats. Highland Springs Resort has continued
to evolve while somehow maintaining true to its heritage as a destination of rest and relaxation which
began so many decades ago as a simple stage coach stop
Olympic-sized Swimming Pool

Use of our chlorine-free saline swimming pool and Jacuzzi are open for use only by registered hotel guests.
