FERMENTATION FESTIVAL

Join us for our first annual Fermentation Festival (formerly known as the Sausage & Beer Festival) as we welcome the public to learn about the health benefits of fermented food and taste many different samples. The festival will feature local craft breweries, workshops, local vendors, a food court offering fermented (and organic) meals and talks by experts in fermentation.

 

DATE/TIME: Saturday, August 19 to Sunday, August 20, 2017  (11 am to 6 pm).

Tickets are available at the door. Free parking is at Beaumont High School Stadium with shuttle services available at no charge.

LOCAL CRAFT BEERS

Beer Tickets will be on sale on-site

Sample various craft brews from the Inland Empire. Breweries and available beers to be updated in July.

 

AFTERNOON TEA

$28 per person

Our pastry chef prepares house-made scones,  pastries and tea sweets daily, with some ingredients sourced from our farm. Afternoon Tea is available at the Organic Galleries Cafe from 11 am - 3 pm. Limited seating.

Visit Market Provisions inside the Organic Galleries to pick up a glass of wine and sample some cheese and chocolates.

CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES

Price Varies

Children can play on a bouncy castle, kids crafts, scavenger hunt and even a cooking class for kids (price and details to follow).

 

SHEEP FEEDING

Free

Help our farmer feed our herd of sheep.

Please wear comfortable shoes as the sheep pen is about a 5-7 minute walk.

 

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:
