Dear Ms. Kummerle:
I would like to commend the staff at HSR for exemplary customer service during our event January 14-16. Jenny Ko, as the event coordinator, was extremely helpful before we arrived, assiting us with room reservations and the equipment we would need. She was excellent at following up with communications and very patient with changes in ther reservations.
While we were preparing for the start of our activity, Jenny, Willie, and Carl were very attentive to anything we needed, often supplying us with forgotten items. I was very impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to serve us during our stay. During the meals, the waitresses were very efficient and friendly as well
We will definitely continue scheduling activities at HSR and look forward to future activities there.

San Diego Brush Whackers Autumn Getaway Painting Retreat
I just wanted to express to you how grateful we are for the time and attention that you and your staff provided to our group during our weekend retreat at your resort, October 7-9, 2011. In particular, I would like to point out the exceptional service that I received from group coordinator, Jenny Ko. Jenny was an absolute pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to emails, providing me with much needed information and answers to my questions. While onsite, Jenny was always willing and available to accommodate any requests that we had, She was there from early morning till late in the evening, always checking to see if there was anything that our group was in need of. My hope is that we will have the opportunity to work with Jenny again on our 2012 retreat.
As group, we have watched as Highland Springs Resort has undergone several changes over the past years and we are happy to say that with each year it seems to be getting better and better. Thank you again for a great weekend.

My son's wedding was last weekend at Highland Springs Resort. The purpose of this card is to thank you and all your staff for excellent service. Please thank especially Carl, Lisa and the bartenders. Everyone went an extra mile to make it a special weekend for all of us. I plan to return in the future for a women's retreat. The site is perfect! Thank you Tom. The food was excellent!

Well, it was simply wonderful! Heather and Ben's wedding was PERFECT for them---the magnificent setting, the food, the music, just all of it. We thank you for everything.
We want to especially compliment your friendly waitstaff and deskclerks; they were cheerfully helpful and responsive. The dining room was a vision for us, and we all had so much fun at the reception, eating gourmet food, talking, and dancing up a storm. The ceremony itself was truly meaningful--again, very Heather and Ben--, and we thank the gentleman who set up the sound system; it worked out just fine. ( And the adorable animals were very cooperative, too, and came over to entertain our youngest guests!) Finally, the breakfast was exactly what we wanted--elegant, and with that all-important banana/walnut French toast. It just doesn't get better than that! (And everyone commented on the delicious pastries in the bar. Totally yummy.)
Please share our happiness with Helen. She was a diligent, organized and patient helper for us, and we appreciated all her input.
So it's over now, Tina. We can't believe it. We treasured the whole experience, and we thank you for playing such an important part in one of the happiest days of our lives.
