Is the property handicap accessible?
The event is held outdoors on a grassy area with gravel or wood chip pathways and the fields are part of our working farm. As such there are some areas that will be inaccessible to guests in wheelchairs and walkers.
Can I bring my pet?
We value all our guests with disabilities and we welcome service animals on our farm. Due to our property being certified organic and our philosophy to adhere and honor those rules, no pets other than ADA trained and harnessed service animals are allowed on the grounds. Service animals are as defined by https://www.ada.gov/regs2010/service_animal_qa.html.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Protective face masks are required for your protection and that of others. It is also mandated by California law. Guests without face coverings may be turned away with no refund provided.
Can I picnic or bring my own food?
No picnicking is allowed. No outside food or drinks is allowed.
Do we need to make reservations for a table?
We no longer require you to make a reservation for a table. Tables will be first come, first serve. Each table allows up to 10 guests.
I don’t plan on eating or drinking. Can I just come in for free to walk the grounds?
No. The grounds are open to guests of the restaurant only.
Are public restrooms available?
Yes. We will have public restrooms available.
Can I rent a hotel room?
No. Our hotel is closed due to Covid-19.
Will the gift shop be open?
We will have a display of our products outdoors along with order forms. Simply turn in your order form to the booth in the food court. There will be clear and visible signs pointing you to the person that can ring you up. Pickup is located at the blacksmith. To see the map, SEE BELOW. The gift shop located in the main lobby is not open.
I have a membership. What discounts can I get?
Members will receive discounts from our gift shop and food purchases.
I would like to become a member. How do I do that?
We are not accepting new members at this time. We have decided to extend the current memberships until Dec 31, 2021. We will take new members in 2022.
Will you have any live music?
No. Live music is not permitted in the County of Riverside due to Covid-19. We will be playing pre-recorded music.

Do you have any vegetarian or vegan options on the menu?
Unfortunately, we do not have any vegan options.

Is the lavender still in bloom?
No. We’ve reached the end of the lavender season. As we are a working farm, we have harvested the lavender in the main field.
What is the photography and filming policy?
Visitors are allowed to take informal vacation-style snapshots and nature photos. All formal, posed photography and filming at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn require a location permit. A formal, posed session includes weddings, engagements, family portraits, graduation, proms, quinceaneras, as well as senior portraits or photos taken for portfolios, even if the photographer is not a professional. After the Beer Garden ends, what will the ranch be hosting after?
After the Beer Gardens, we will have another outdoor dining experience centered around the fall season, olives, and chili peppers. We are also planning an amazing social distancing friendly version of “Christmas on the Farm”. We will be making announcements closer to the date of these events.
